Haiz...what a start to the season again. Yes, again. Last season, United drew blanks in their 0-0 opener against Reading. On Sunday, United drew 1-1 against Newcastle at Old Trafford. Newcastle looked like a improved side compared to last season. Last season, they conceded 11 goals against United. New signing Jonas "spiderman" Gutirrez had a very good debut for the club. Manchester United certainly looked like they missed Ronaldo and Tevez in attack. Although reserves striker Frazier Campbell looked lively but he still lacked an eye for goal. It was so frustrating watching United attack and attack but just could not get the bloody ball into the net! Martins gave the magpies the lead before Fletcher equalized 2mins later. Young guns Rodrigo Possebon and Rafael Da Silva made a rare senior appearance for the champions. They looked exciting but couldn't make much of an impact. After knowing that Chelsea destroyed Portsmouth 4-0, Liverpool and Arsenal both winning 1-0, it made this draw even worse. So, Sir Alex, PLEASE PLEASE go buy a striker NOWWW!!!
