Don't Mess With The Zohan.
Joanne and I went to catch the movie Don't Mess With the Zohan at Marina GV. It was a great show I have to say. The movie will surely make you laugh and giggle throughout. The movie is about Adam Sandler (Zohan) who is a counter terrorist that got sick of fighting wars and wants to pursue his dreams of becoming a hairdresser. This movie is rated NC-16 but to my astonishment, I saw a 10-12 years old boy watching the show with his dad! Hmmm...strange. I happened to come across a article in the newpaper recently about the ratings of movies. A movie-goer wrote that when she went to watch Zohan, the person at the ticket booth wanted to check the I.Cs of her and her group of friends watching the show. One of her friends who is turning 16 in 2 months was not allowed to purchase a ticket for the show as the rating was NC-16. So, she is puzzled that if a few months could actually decide a person's maturity. Now, I am puzzled too. How on earth did the boy got pass without having his I.C checked? Does he even have an I.C? The standards certainly needs to be re-looked at. Anyway, the movie was great and it was absoutley 'silky smooth,' like Zohan would say. I give it 4 popcorns for its high entertainment value.
