A Great Day of Fun

Played soccer today with some of my servers today. Had lotsa fun, its been a long time since we played together like that. Joanne helped me book the street soccer court at her place from 7pm to 9pm. Those who were present - Tay, Marcus, Jonathan, Benedict, Gerald and Gollum. After playing for some time, we realise that there were too little of us as the court was pretty big. We called Kenneth but being as gay as he is, he complained that he was too tired. Sean had driving til 10pm and he sprained his ankle. Anyway, though there was just the few of us, we had a great time playing. We played 3 on 2 initially as Jonathan had not reached. Team 1 - Gerald and Me. Team 2 - Marcus, Benedict and Tay. Hmmm, I can't really remember the score but there were quite a few goals. Then Jonathan arrived, we reshuffled the teams. Team 1 - Me, Gollum, Gerald, Benedict. Team 2 - Marcus, Jonathan, Tay. Though we had a 1 player advantage, it didn't make much of a difference. We got thrashed 15-3. What a shame!ha. Then I decided maybe its time to reshuffle again. (didn't want to get thrash any further.) So this time, the teams were, Team 1 - Me, Jonathan and Gollum. Team 2 - Marcus, Tay, Benedict and Gerald. My team won the match but I wasn't sure of the score. There was a moment of madness from Tay when he cleared the ball so far as though he was playing in a football field. So, we all went out to hunt for the ball. It took us like 15mins befoer we found the ball. And then! Gerald slipped and fell. Poor Gerald, his knee and elbow were bleeding. I accompanied him together with Gollum and Joanne's mom to the guard house to ask for the first aid kit. Applied some medication for him and put some plaster on. (His reaction to the pain was quite funny.ops.) Despite his injuries, Gerald continued to play. (Strong man.) We all stopped playing and I came out with a bet. We all would come out with $1. The aim was to hit the crossbar of the goalpost. The winner takes all the money. The contestants were, Me, Tay, Marcus, Jonathan, Benedict and Gerald. We all went a few rounds with Gerald, Benedict and Jonathan all coming close. Then, the moment came. Benedict did it, he hit the crossbar. *Ka-ching* He just earned himself $5. After that, we went to bathe and went to Prata house for dinner. Gerald and Tay did not join us, they went home first. The uncle that took our order was quite funny. He refused to write our orders down and chose to remember by hard. We told him our orders and when he repeated, they were all wrong.ha. Then he attempted again, getting it right this time. We had a great dinner too and all went back home. Benedict, Jonathan and I took 130 and Joanne, Marcus and Gollum crossed over to take their bus. Had a great night today. Will be planning more of such activity soon. Oh. Ahem. I received my enlistment letter today. 16th September at 1pm.
